Terms

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

There are no returns or exchanges. all sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please initiate an email via the contact page below.

Refunds are only for defective products claimed within 14 days of the receipt of the item(s). 

Please keep in mind, once an order is placed, we cannot make any exchanges but cancel the order prior to an assigned tracking number.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is defective, please initiate a contact request and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Once determined it is a defect, we will send you a return confirmation number for a full refund plus the cost of shipping or a replacement of the same product at no additional expense.

Items must be new and unworn with original tags and/or cards from the original packaging. We are not responsible for shipping or custom fees upon the return of any product(s).


SHIPPING

All shipping services will be provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

All orders purchased during business hours, Mon - Fri / 10am - 6pm PST, will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated once available. Shipping will only occur during regular business hours.

If you experience any issues upon shipping, please contact the United States Postal Service and initiate a claim.
